WALKING STRAIGHT IN CIRCLES

Installation created during my residency at the DOOR Residency. The physical motion of walking in circles primarily alludes to the sensation of being physically lost in unfamiliar terrain without the visible cues to use as guides. Within the artwork that physical disorientation transforms to that of an inner sensation. Visitors are invited to consider this movement as a reflection of their state within and what can create this effect for them personally.
