Limbo creates a pocket of space that divides as well as hides the participant from spectators. As each wall is an entry, it becomes a non-space - it is the time we spend between entering one room or part part of our lives and another. Walking through a multitude of such pocket spaces, it would create unexpected encounters between the participants.
